Axon Moore are partnering with an excellent business and brand near Wigan to recruit a new Commercial Analyst.

The role will hold a high degree of autonomy and ownership, with the main objective to help the business improve performance, through an effective combination of business partnering and analytical skills.

This role will suit a commercially minded, driven, ACCA/ACA/CIMA nearly or newly qualified individual who can thrive within a business partnering position.

Responsibilities include:

Reporting to the Financial Controller and supporting in providing insightful reporting to senior stakeholders, driving performance and improvement opportunities
Business partnering across multiple divisions including Finance, Commercial and Operations to drive revenue and profitability

Analyse, cleanse and interpret data and present accordingly

Production and development of the P&L, including key metrics and commentary
Provide the necessary challenge to ensure the robustness of any reports created
Collating and providing insights and stats
Presenting ideas on continuous improvements and efficiencies across the group
Ad hoc project work as the business continues to expand
