Job Title: Counterbalance Driver

Location: Leicestershire, LE15

Shift: 07:45am - 4:15pm Mon - Fri (40 hours per week)

Pay Rate: £12.50 - 13 per hour

Benefits: Free and on-site parking, weekly pay

The Company:

A well-established manufacturer of powered systems.

The Counterbalance Driver Role:

Please note this is a temporary position.

Operate forklift,
Handling and delivery of components/parts to production assembly lines
Physical preparation and packing of customer orders,
Stock Maintenance assistance,
Loading/unloading lorries,
Highlighting issues/risks with warehouse/forklift systems/processes and propose remedial action/resolutions for discussion/agreement.
Support in Despatch processes
Correct/Safe storage of machines and goods, ensuring Safe Working Loads (SWL) are not exceeded

The Candidate:

Valid ITTSAR accredited Counterbalance essential
Ideally valid ITTSAR accredit Reach truck license.
Good experience of stock control dispatch processes
Experience of SAP system desirable
Understanding of inventory performance KPIs
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Strong organisational, communication and interpersonal skills
A problem solver and team player, also able to use initiative
Good computer skills and proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Good work ethic
Excels at operating at a fast pace
Flexible, able to work additional hours as and when required which may require occasional weekends
