My client based in St Ives, Cambridgeshire is currently recruiting for a Support Desk Administrator to join their team on a Full-Time Permanent basis. You will be part of a team providing a quality service for their clients. The Quotes Department is fast paced dealing with incoming emails quickly and efficiently to ensure the highest quality of standards are kept.

Salary - £22,500 - £24,440

Key Responsibilities:

· Make and answer calls to clients/Sub Contractors/ Engineers

· Send and respond to emails - Clients/Colleagues/Sub Contractors/ Engineers

· Regularly update bespoke IT system

· Compose and amend Quotes from Engineers and Sub Contractors

· Send accepted quoted works orders to Sub Contractors and Engineers

· Regular use of Word, Excel and Outlook

· Regular checks for any changed Quotes/acceptances

Essential skills:

· Knowledge of Microsoft Office

· Eye for detail

· General enquires to be dealt with efficiently

· Be able to build good rapport
