Job Title: Qualified Reception Teacher (January 2025 Start)
Location: Grays, Thurrock, Essex
Employment Type: Temporary Long Term (with potential to become Permanent for the right candidate)

About the Role:
Our client, a welcoming and inclusive primary school, is seeking a dedicated Qualified Teacher to lead their Reception class starting in January 2025. This role is initially temporary but offers the possibility of becoming permanent for the right candidate. The school is open to a full-time schedule or four days per week (Tuesday to Friday)

Key Responsibilities:

* Deliver engaging lessons in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum.

* Create a nurturing and inclusive environment that supports young learners’ growth and development.

* Monitor and assess pupil progress, providing tailored support where needed.

* Collaborate effectively with colleagues, parents, and carers to ensure each child thrives.

* Uphold the school’s commitment to safety, inclusion, and high standards of teaching.

About You:

* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).

* Proven experience teaching in an EYFS setting.

* A strong passion for early years education and a commitment to pupil success.

* Effective classroom management and communication skills.

* Ready to start in January 2025 and adaptable to a temporary-to-permanent pathway.
