Prospero Teaching are working with a Primary school in Ellesmere Port who are looking for a Teaching Assistant to work 1:1 with a child in Year 5.

General Teaching Assistant - Ellesmere Port

Prospero are looking to recruit an experienced and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to work 1:1 with a child in Year 5 child in Ellesmere Port. The strongest applicant will have confidence to support with Maths and English work and be comfortable working 1:1 and with small groups.

CONTRACT/POSITION DETAILS

Location - Ellesmere Port
Position - Year 5 1:1 Teaching Assistant
Type of work - Long Term
Start date - As soon as possible
Contract type - Long-term Temporary
Full time/part time - Full time
Minimum rate of pay - Minimum rate £95 per day
Hours - 8:30am - 3.30pmEXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS

Teaching Assistant qualification or higher/equivalent (Desirable)
Previous experience working with young people.
Up to date Safeguarding training issued in the last year (desirable however not essential as some training is provided)TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST:

Hold Right to Work in the UK
Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application.
