Exciting Opportunity for an ASD Teaching Assistant in Liverpool L9 Liverpool

Are you a dedicated and compassionate ASD Teaching Assistant looking to make a real difference in the lives of children with Autism Spectrum Disorder? A vibrant and inclusive special school in Liverpool (L9) is looking for a full-time TA to join their supportive team!

Position Details:

Full-time: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM

Location: Liverpool, L9

Daily Duties:

Providing 1:1 support and small group interventions for children with ASD.

Assisting in creating a calm, structured, and engaging learning environment.

Supporting students with communication, social interaction, and emotional regulation.

Collaborating with teachers and other support staff to implement tailored learning strategies.

Helping children achieve their full potential by promoting independence and confidence.

Ensuring the safety, wellbeing, and progress of every child throughout the school day.

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience working with children with ASD in a school or SEND setting.

A patient, empathetic, and positive approach to learning support.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Ability to adapt to individual needs and provide consistent, compassionate care.

A commitment to making a lasting difference in the lives of young learners.
