You will be joining a well established, multidisciplinary consultancy as an Architectural Technologist, joining a team of 60 that consists of structural, civil and architectural staff combined. The company has built their impressive portfolio up solely through recommendations and word of mouth, showing their ability to consistently deliver outstanding projects that impress their clients. Project-wise, this consultancy has work that stretches across the healthcare, education, manufacturing and commercial sectors.
As an Architectural Technologist, you will be:

Using computer-aided design (CAD) software and traditional architectural methods to develop building plans and designs.
Examining space and site requirements.
Reviewing technical documentation to ensure compliance with industry regulations.
Negotiating effective technological solutions with investors.
Preparing budgets and estimating material costs.
Liaising with clients.
Working across all RIBA stages.To be considered for this role, it is essential that:

You have a degree in Architectural Technology or relevant.
Have proficiency with Revit.
Have at least 3 years of UK working experience as an Architectural Technologist.
Have experience working within the manufacturing sector (Desirable).This opportunity boasts an excellent benefits package that includes:
