We have an exciting opportunity for a Band 6 Community Psychiatric Nurse (CPN) in Kidderminster, Worcestershire.

Role Highlights:

Band: 6
Location: Worcestershire (Kidderminster)
Contract: Ongoing (initially 3 months)
Schedule: Full-time Days (4-day week considered; Tuesdays essential)
Start Date: ASAP
Pay Rate: £26 per hour

What You’ll Do:

As a Community Psychiatric Nurse, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting patients on their mental health journey. Your responsibilities will include:

Patient Visits: Conducting home visits to ensure patients' needs are met and providing compassionate care in their own environment.
Medication Administration: Delivering medications on schedule to support recovery and wellbeing.
Patient Engagement: Building meaningful connections to understand their conditions, monitor progress, and identify setbacks.
Risk Assessments: Evaluating potential risks to ensure safety and implementing strategies to create a secure treatment environment.

What We’re Looking For:

Active NMC Registration as a Mental Health Nurse.
Community Experience with a proven ability to deliver high-quality care in this setting.
Strong Communication Skills to engage effectively with patients and colleagues.
Adaptability: Confidence to work both independently and collaboratively.
Dedication to Excellence: A genuine passion for providing exceptional care.
