Job Title: Cover Supervisor
Location: Grays
Start Date: January 2025
Salary: £100 - £120 per day

TeacherActive is excited to be working with a well-established primary school in Grays, seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Cover Supervisor. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a supportive team and contribute to the smooth running of day-to-day operations within the school.

As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising classes across different year groups, ensuring students are on task and following the lesson plans provided by the class teacher. You will play a key role in maintaining discipline, providing guidance, and supporting students in their learning, all while contributing to the positive atmosphere of the school.

The successful Cover Supervisor will have:
• Experience working with children, ideally in a school setting
• Strong communication and classroom management skills
• A proactive and adaptable attitude to supporting learning
• The ability to quickly build rapport with students and staff
• A passion for working with young learners and making a difference
