Title: Senior HR Advisor
Location: East Sussex
Working Pattern: Office Based
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000

JGA are partnered with a leading business that are seeking a Senior HR Advisor to join their team.

You’ll be working within a HR team of 3 covering the following

You will be responsible for:

Collaborate with the Head of HR to align People Strategies with business goals and manage complex ER cases.
Advise leaders on HR policies, employment law, and support with disciplinary, grievance, and recruitment activities.
Oversee onboarding, performance reviews, absence management, and employee training initiatives.
Build strong relationships with leaders, ensuring wellbeing through collaboration with Health & Safety and Occupational Health teams.
Mentor the HR Administrator, deputise for the Head of HR, and support policy development and HR projects. About You:

2-3 years' experience in an HR Advisor role, ideally medium SME.
CIPD Level 5 qualified with employee relations experience.
Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.
Proactive, resilient, and able to handle pressure and tight deadlines.
