Cover Supervisor

Location: Haringey
Salary: £90 - £120 per day
Start Date: January 2025
Contract: Long Term

GSL Education London are seeking a dedicated Cover Supervisor to join a welcoming secondary school in Haringey. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Cover Supervisor to support students and teachers, ensuring a smooth and productive learning environment.

Roles of a Cover Supervisor:

Supervise classes during the short-term absence of teachers.
Ensure students remain on task with their work.
Manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning atmosphere.
Teach and support students in KS3, KS4, and KS5.
Follow the school's policies and procedures.
Assist with other duties as required by the school.
Requirements of a Cover Supervisor:

Experience working with young people, ideally in a school setting.
Strong classroom management skills.
Ability to teach and support students in KS3, KS4, and KS5.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
