We work closely with schools across Basildon to provide outstanding educational support, and we are currently seeking a dedicated SEN Learning Support Assistant to join our team.

The Role: As a SEN Learning Support Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting students with diverse learning needs. Your responsibilities will include:

Assisting teachers in delivering tailored educational programs for students with Special Educational Needs.
Providing one-on-one support to students, helping them engage with the curriculum and overcome challenges.
Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment that fosters growth and development.
Collaborating with teachers and other support staff to implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
Monitoring and reporting on student progress, and adapting support strategies as needed.
Building strong relationships with students, encouraging their confidence and independence.
What We Are Looking For:

A passionate and compassionate individual with a genuine interest in supporting children with SEN.
Experience in a similar role or relevant qualifications (e.g., Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification) is preferred but not essential.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with students, teachers, and parents.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn and develop professionally.
A commitment to creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment for all students.
