Competitive salary (MPS1/2) We are excited to offer an incredible opportunity for an Early Career Teacher (ECT) to join our vibrant and dynamic school community in Waltham Forest, London, starting in April 2025. This is a permanent position, offering the chance to work in a 3-form entry school that is committed to excellence in teaching and learning. As an ECT your key responsibilities include:

Planning and delivering lessons in your chosen year group, tailored to meet the needs of all learners.
Using a variety of teaching strategies to ensure engagement, progress, and academic success for all students.
Regularly assessing and tracking student progress, providing feedback to students and parents.
Working collaboratively with colleagues to create and implement a cohesive school curriculum.
Taking part in ongoing professional development, contributing to the school's ethos of lifelong learning.Located in Redbridge, our school is a two-form entry primary school with a strong reputation for its dynamic and inclusive teaching approach.
