Description

Hayley Dexis are looking for a Credit Controller to join our well-established and experienced Accounts team at our headquarters in Halesowen. You will join us on a full-time, permanent basis and in return, you will receive a competitive salary.

Hayley Dexis is the largest independent distributor of engineering products and consumables (hydraulics, bearings, fasteners, PPE, tools, lubricants etc) in the UK. Working hours: 40 hours per week Monday to Friday, plus 1 in 5 Saturdays (8am-11am)

Responsibilities for our Credit Controller:

Chasing debt on approx. 850 live accounts by phone, email and chase letters

Liaising with customers and branch personnel to resolve invoice queries

Obtaining credit checks from Experian on new customers and customers requested increased credit limits

Handling referrals to debt collection professionals

Various other tasks relating to Credit Control

Skills & Attributes we’re looking for in our Credit Controller:

A minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar Credit Controller role.
