We are looking to talk to anyone organised and detail-focused professional ready to take on a varied and rewarding role. Our client is looking for a Project Administrator to join a business currently going through a period of growth.

We would like to talk to anyone with a strong administration and communication background.

* Working across all business areas helping to support all client projects.

* Developing workflows to improve efficiency.

* Monitoring the progress of documents, approvals and deadlines.

* Supporting client and resident liaison activities, assisting with survey coordination and preparation for site meetings.

* Collaborating with team members and external stakeholders.

We are looking for:

* Excellent time management and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the confidence to make decisions and contribute to meetings.

* Effective communication and teamwork skills, building relationships with diverse groups.

* Beneficial but not essential – experience working within a technical business within engineering – electrical
