Are you an experienced Brokerage Officer with a proven track record in brokering services for adults aged 65+? Do you excel in coordinating residential and nursing care home placements, ensuring person-centered care and compliance with the Care Act 2014?

Key responsibilities include:

* Sourcing and securing appropriate care home placements.

* Negotiating cost-effective care packages while maintaining high-quality standards.

* Liaising with care providers and stakeholders to ensure seamless transitions.

* Ensuring compliance with CQC guidelines and safeguarding policies.

What we’re looking for:

* Experience in adult social care, specifically brokering for 65+ residential and nursing care.

* Strong negotiation and organizational skills.

* Knowledge of relevant systems (e.g., Mosaic, Framework-I) and legislation (Care Act 2014, DoLS).

* A compassionate, person-centered approach to care coordination.
