Print Assistant Team Leader

Location: Weymouth, Dorset
Salary: £32,000 - £38,000 per annum + Overtime 
Shift Pattern:

Sunday: 18:00 – 02:30
Monday: 16:00 – 02:00
Tuesday: 14:30 – 02:00
Wednesday: 16:00 – 02:00
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Print Assistant Team Leader to join our team in Weymouth on a permanent late shift. In this hands-on role, you will support the team in achieving production targets, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and oversee web offset printing machinery.
Support and lead the team to meet production and quality objectives.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
Collaborate with the team to optimize workflow and production output.
What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in web offset printing is essential.
Hands-on background as an offset printer, press technician, or in gravure manufacturing.
Experience working with Man Roland printers is highly desirable.
Strong technical and mechanical aptitude.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team and provide leadership support.
Commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
