About the role of a Site Manager

As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for managing a specific site and ensuring all works are completed within time and to budget. The projects the company work on range between £1 - £150 million. Day to day duties include communicating with the team, preparing site reports for Contact Managers, and ensuring all works are on time and dealing with any day-to-day issues that may arise.

Based in the North-West area, you will be working alongside knowledgeable, professional, and supportive construction executives who will provide you with the environment where you can thrive.

They can also provide a level of job security and opportunity to progress within the business, due to the company flourishing in the North.

Experience/Qualifications for a Site Manager

The successful candidate must demonstrate a background working for a contractor in the commercial new build sector.
Track record of excellent people management skills with the ability to motivate site teams to work to strict build programmes and deadlines & exceed client expectations.
Excellent planning & time management skills with the ability to think ahead & manage risk.
Experience working in a department that allows them to showcase logical thinking skills and verbal communication skills.

What we offer for a Site Manager

Salary between £55,000 - £65,000
