Job Title: QA Coordinator

Location: Newcastle - Under - Lyme

Salary: £24,000 - £27,000 per annum (plus excellent benefits)

About the Role:

Acorn By Synergie, on behalf of our prestigious client are seeking a dedicated QA Coordinator to join their team in Newcastle. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the quality assurance processes are effective and efficient, helping to maintain the highest standards across the business. No experience in a similar role is require, just a great attitude and willingness to learn and grow in the role.

Key Responsibilities:

Supporting the QA team with day-to-day coordination and administration.
Ensuring documentation and reports are accurate and up to date.
Monitoring and improving quality processes.
Collaborating with other departments to meet compliance and quality standards.

What We're Looking For:

Attention to Detail: You'll have a keen eye for accuracy and quality.
IT and Excel Proficiency: Strong skills in IT systems and Excel are essential.
Organisational Skills: You can manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.
Willingness to Learn: A proactive attitude towards training and development opportunities.
