Your Role as a Quantity Surveyor

As a Quantity Surveyor, you will:

Manage costs for groundworks and new build housing projects to ensure profitability.
Prepare detailed estimates, budgets, and bills of quantities.
Liaise with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to negotiate terms and ensure cost-effective solutions.
Monitor project progress, analysing variances and providing accurate reports.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, contracts, and regulations.
Work closely with project managers to deliver projects on time and within budget.

What We're Looking For

Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in groundworks and new build housing.
Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and contracts.
Excellent analytical, organisational, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools.
