Are you an organised and detail-oriented individual looking for a new challenge? Our client is seeking a talented Project Co-ordinator to join their dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

Maintain a database of existing and new customers, ensuring accurate records are kept.
Record and monitor all sales opportunities using relevant software, maximising efficiency.
Raise estimates from customer information, while meeting company margin goals.
Offer technical support on products and services, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Attend networking events to expand professional connections and opportunities.
Manage orders and projects, ensuring customer objectives are met regarding lead times and product quality.
Monitor stock levels and raise purchase orders for stock and non-stock items.
Oversee sub-contract elements to ensure project costs and variations are controlled.
Maintain up-to-date project files and estimating/processing packages.
Provide temporary support in warehouse management, distribution, and machinery use with full training.
Proactively contact customers to create new business opportunities.
Attend site meetings as requested.
Undertake any additional duties as assigned by your line manager.Requirements:

Strong organisational and time management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Proficiency in relevant software applications.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
Motivated and proactive mindset.
