Job Title: Design & Technology Teacher (KS3 to KS4)
Location: Marlow
Contract Type: Full-time
Salary Range: £29,344 – £44,919
Start Date: Immediate

About the Role:

Supply Desk is excited to present an opportunity for an enthusiastic Design & Technology (D&T) Teacher to join a vibrant secondary school in Marlow. Key Responsibilities:

As a Design & Technology Teacher, you will be responsible for:

Delivering D&T lessons to KS3 and KS4 students, aligned with the national curriculum.
Designing and implementing engaging and practical lessons in product design, materials technology, electronics, and other relevant areas.
Creating a classroom environment that encourages hands-on learning, critical thinking, and innovation.
Providing constructive feedback on student work and supporting their progress in achieving their potential.
Maintaining a safe and productive environment in the classroom and workshops.
Collaborating with colleagues within the department to enhance curriculum delivery and share best practices.

Requirements:

To be considered for this position, you will need:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent UK teaching qualification.
Previous experience teaching Design & Technology at KS3 and KS4.
Strong knowledge of D&T principles and practical applications.
Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to motivate and inspire students.
A creative and hands-on approach to teaching.
Availability to start immediately is desirable.
