Essential Requirements: UK-recognized Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a child-only Enhanced DBS
Your Role:
As a KS1 Class Teacher, you will:

Deliver engaging and curriculum-aligned lessons tailored to the developmental needs of KS1 pupils.
Demonstrate a strong understanding of the KS1 National Curriculum, ensuring high-quality, inclusive teaching.
Use effective differentiation strategies to meet the needs of all learners, including those requiring additional support or greater challenges.
Foster a warm, nurturing classroom environment where children feel safe and supported.
Collaborate closely within a 3-form entry team, sharing planning and utilizing a wealth of resources.
Maintain strong communication with pupils, parents, and colleagues to support pupil progress and wellbeing.
