Position: Teaching Assistant
Location: Beaconsfield, Buckinghamshire
Contract Type: Full-Time/Part-Time
Salary: Competitive (dependent on experience)

About the Role:
Supply Desk is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistant to join a supportive and inclusive secondary school in Beaconsfield. The role offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with students, supporting their learning and development. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play an integral part in helping students achieve their academic potential, especially those with additional learning needs. Key Responsibilities:

Support students within the classroom, assisting with tasks and providing 1:1 or small group support.
Help deliver differentiated lessons, ensuring all students have access to the curriculum.
Encourage and motivate students to engage fully in their learning and reach their potential.
Support students with special educational needs (SEN), providing tailored assistance where necessary.
Help to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Assist with administrative tasks such as preparing learning materials and marking when required.
Foster positive relationships with students, staff, and parents, contributing to a supportive school community.
Ideal Candidate:

Experience working with children or young people, particularly in an educational setting.
A passion for supporting students and helping them succeed.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
Patience, empathy, and a proactive attitude toward student development.
Experience working with SEN students is desirable but not essential.
A desire to learn and develop within an educational environment.
