Description

We are currently looking for a Test Engineer for our client, a developer of low-cost, reliable grid batteries. The successful candidate will support the development and testing of its iron + sodium battery technology.
 
The Test Engineer will:

Assist in setting up new testing hardware for battery cells, including configuring test channels, fixtures, and environmental controls.
Collect and process test data, ensuring accurate and consistent reporting.
Assist in the design and improvement of test fixtures, interface boxes, temperature controls, and cable management systems.
Contribute to the development of workflows for testing both current and future battery cell designs
Participate in hands-on lab work, supporting senior engineers in various testing and R&D projects.  
The Test Engineer will have:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Chemical, Materials Science, or related field) or a technical diploma/associate degree for technician roles, with 3 years of relevant experience.
Experience working with Neware, Arbin, Bitrode, and Digitron cycler systems.
Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Python, MATLAB
A hands-on attitude and willingness to work both independently and in teams.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with a diverse team.
