A leading company in the additive manufacturing sector, specializing in advanced 3D printing technologies, with a focus on providing innovative solutions to customers across various industries.

Responsibilities:

* Handle sales inquiries, quote jobs, and provide technical advice on 3D printing technologies.

* Engage with customers via phone, email, and web calls, ensuring clear communication.

* Provide hands-on technical support to the production team, including job preparation and CAD optimization.

* Represent the company at exhibitions and trade shows, demonstrating products and engaging with customers.

* Collaborate with the sales/admin team to manage complex inquiries and support business growth

Requirements:

* Proven experience in FDM and MJF/SLS technologies, with customer-facing exposure.

* Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical details to non-technical customers.

* Hands-on experience with CAD and AM software (e.g., Materialise Magics, Fusion).

* Problem-solving skills and a proactive, customer-focused attitude.

* Ambition and drive to grow in the additive manufacturing sector
