I am excited to be actively seeking a passionate Senior Architect to join a successful and friendly Architectural practice in Stockport. My client is a thriving RIBA Chartered Practice that excels across various sectors, including education, residential, mixed use and healthcare. Their award winning projects have earnt them an excellent reputation and allow them to cultivate strong, long lasting relationships with their clients. With a number of exciting and significant projects in the pipeline this is a great opportunity to quickly become a key member of this growing practice.

The successful Senior Architect will have extensive post qualification UK experience including leading and running projects with strong working knowledge of Revit and excellent technical skills.

Skills, Responsibilities, and Experience for the role of Senior Architect

5 plus years of post-qualification experience is essential
ARB Registered /RIBA Chartered
Proven experience in the education sector
Strong understanding of Revit
Technical bias
Strong technical detailing abilities
Self-motivated and enthusiastic approach to work
Work well within a team
Excellent design and detailing skills
Working knowledge of NBS
Demonstratable experience of working on small- large scale projects
Job running experience
Live locally to Manchester / Stockport
