Role: Peripatetic Home Manager (RGN)
Location: Inverness & Aberdeenshire
Salary: £64,755 + Mileage & Expenses
 
Are you a dynamic and experienced Home Manager looking to take the next step in your career? Or are you a seasoned Peripatetic Manager ready for a new challenge? If so, we want to hear from you!
 
We are seeking a Nurse-Qualified Peripatetic Home Manager to oversee and support our care homes in the Inverness and Aberdeen regions. This role is integral in ensuring the smooth operation of our homes, maintaining high standards of care, and providing leadership during times of transition or need.
 
Key Responsibilities:

Provide expert leadership and support across multiple care homes.
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.
Support the homes in achieving operational excellence and delivering outstanding care.
Mentor and develop staff teams to enhance performance and quality of service.
Work collaboratively with senior leadership and stakeholders to address challenges and implement improvements. 
What We’re Looking For:

Nurse qualification (RGN, RMN, or RNLD) with a valid PIN.
A proven track record as a Home Manager or similar role in the care sector.
Strong organisational and communication skills to manage competing priorities effectively.
The ability to inspire and lead teams to deliver exceptional care.
A flexible and adaptable approach to travel and work across different locations.
