A new project requires a new Process Technologist to join the team to help scale up the new products into the factory. Job details:

Have a thorough understanding of the critical path for projects
Be familiar with microbiological and nutritional sampling processes
Ensure Quality Assurance documents meet customer expectations
Understand customer requirements
Handle validations related to site CCPs and HACCP principles as part of project delivery
Stay on top of potential issues that might affect the critical path and communicate them early
Make sure all materials have received Raw Material approval or the necessary concessions for trials
Complete controlled documents for trials, pre-productions, and product launches based on the customer specs
Work safely and contribute to the site's continuous improvement efforts in health, safety, and the environmentPrevious Experience:

Working in a food manufacturer, particularly Technical or NPD
Knowledge of trials, development concepts and customer expectations
