The day-to-day responsibilities include managing and developing a team within the Fabrication Shop, ensuring that all projects meet the highest standards, and managing operations to ensure deadlines are met. You will be responsible for ordering materials, organizing cutting lists, and maintaining customer relationships. Additionally, you will oversee creating CAD drawings and provide technical support to the team when required.

This role would suit an Operations Manager or similar with a background in fabrication or similar, looking for a long-term role within a growing Fabrication company that offers the chance to grow your career while leading a team and making an impact in the company's future.

Manage Fabrication Shop operations and team
Ensure quality, efficiency, and deadlines are met
