My client are an award winning contractor who deliver high end residential projects across the North West. They specialise in creating bespoke luxury homes that epitomise elegance, sophistication, and unparalleled quality. With a reputation built on excellence, innovation, and attention to detail, they are committed to delivering exceptional living experiences that exceed their clients' expectations.

Due to further expansion within the business, they are recruiting for a Contracts Manager to join their experienced team.

The role will be based between office and sites, and you will be responsible for several projects throughout the Chesire area- overseeing the construction teams on-site, ensuring all aspects of the projects are delivered on time and to a high standard.

Contracts Manager responsibilities will include:

Managing project teams to ensure successful completion of projects
Liaising with clients, suppliers and project management teams
Working with the commercial team to ensure project financial targets are met
Attend client meetings and regularly liaise with clients to ensure expectations are met
Responsible for health, safety and environmental standards being implemented and maintained
Development and training of staffTo be considered for the above role as Contracts Manager, applicants must have the following:

Previous Contracts Management experience working for either Contractors or Developers.
Experience of delivering bespoke residential properties is desirable but not essential
Detailed knowledge of construction methods and technology
Strong people management skills
Strong commercial acumen
Ability to plan and programme construction projects
Good communication skills both written and verbal
