Snowdon Recruitment is looking for a skilled Electrician to join our client’s reputable electrical compliance team. The selected candidate will be responsible for performing Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs) across a range of commercial and industrial sites.

Key Responsibilities for the Electrician:

Perform Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs) in both commercial and industrial settings.

Conduct comprehensive inspections and testing of electrical systems, including wiring, circuits, switchgear, and control equipment.

Identify, document, and report any defects, non-compliance issues, or safety hazards. Deliver clear and detailed reports on the state of electrical installations, with recommendations for corrective actions.

Ensure all inspections align with current standards and regulations, including BS 7671 and IET Wiring Regulations.

Stay informed on industry standards, legislation, and best practices.

Communicate findings clearly with clients, addressing questions and offering technical guidance as needed.

Maintain and calibrate inspection tools and equipment in line with requirements. Consistently follow company policies, procedures, and safety standards.

Qualifications Required for the Electrician Job:

NVQ Level 3 / Gold Card City & Guilds 2391-52 (or equivalent) qualification in Inspection and Testing. Minimum of three years commercial/industrial testing experience 18th Edition In-depth knowledge of BS 7671, IET Wiring Regulations, and other relevant standards and codes. Valid UK driving licence (or equivalent, depending on location).

£46,500 basic salary. (£55,000 OTE) extremely achievable daily bonus Company vehicle 31 days Holiday, Pension and all tools provided
