Starting Salary: £29,000 + £1,000 welcome payment (up to £36,000 by the end of the programme!)

What You'll Do:
Kick off your journey with a comprehensive induction, then dive into hands-on projects that challenge you. Our two-year programme features four six-month rotations across departments tailored to your interests. You'll gain practical experience and industry knowledge, plus a mentor to guide you towards professional development and IET accreditation. Flexibility is key-expect a mix of office, home, and site work.

Who You Are:
We're looking for grads who are passionate about engineering and eager to learn. If you have:
🎓 A minimum of a 2:2 Honours Degree in a STEM subject (like Electronics, IT, Computer Science, etc.) achieved in the last two years
🧩 A knack for solving complex problems
💬 Strong communication and teamwork skills
🔍 A keen eye for detail
💪 Self-motivation and the ability to thrive under pressure
📊 Practical experience with Microsoft Office

Please Note:
You'll need the right to work in the UK (we can't sponsor visas), and you'll undergo pre-employment security clearance and screening.
