Job Title: Residential Conveyancer

Salary: £40,000 - £50,000

Location: Thanet

A fantastic opportunity has arisen with my client, a leading law firm based in East Kent. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Residential Conveyancer or Chartered Legal Executive to join a growing Residential Property team.

Duties include:

Demonstrating your expertise in relation to Residential Conveyancing, including all stages of the sale and purchase of freehold and leasehold properties

Undertaking remortgages, transfers, and releases of equity

Undertaking lease extensions and some development work

Managing your own caseload and taking an active part in building and maintaining effective client relationships

Always Complying with CQS standards

The successful candidate will have:

At least 1-year PQE running your own caseload of residential property transactions

Experience working in a fast-paced team.

Commitment to delivering exceptional client care.

Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and organised

Package:

£40,000 - £50,000 – dependant on experience
