Production Operative | PERMANENT | £38,030.30

As Production Operative, you will be a key member of a multi disciplined team to operate a production line with full ownership and accountability for product quality and line performance.

You will also assist in achieving continuous performance improvements and actively participate in the lean culture and operational philosophy.

The Key Requirements

Experience working in an operational role within a packaging environment.
Technical Ability : Fully understand the philosophy of all control systems within manufacturing.
Ability to identify and rectify root causes of the running faults within machinery.
IT Systems: Relevant IT system knowledge
Lean Processes: Understanding of Lean ProcessesEncirc produces up to three billion glass bottles and containers each year, many of which you will find in your homes.
