Full-Time Teaching Assistant - Primary School (Hinckley)

Location: Hinckley, Leicestershire
Role: Full-Time Teaching Assistant
Salary: £85 - £100 per day (DOE)

Aspire People are excited to partner with a well-established primary school in Hinckley, who are seeking a dedicated and passionate full-time Teaching Assistant to join their supportive team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a committed individual looking to make a positive impact on young learners.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons across various subjects.
Work with small groups and individual students to reinforce learning and provide tailored support.
Assist with classroom management, ensuring a positive and inclusive environment.
Provide general administrative support, including preparing resources and setting up activities.
Foster a caring and supportive atmosphere to help children reach their full potential.

Candidate Requirements:
Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant within a UK primary school setting is essential.
Ideally, a minimum of a Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent) is required.
Strong understanding of primary education and the national curriculum.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A proactive and enthusiastic approach to supporting students' learning and development.

What We Offer:
Competitive daily rate of £85 - £100, depending on experience.
Full-time role, working Monday to Friday.
