Key Responsibilities of the SEN Teacher:

Teach a diverse range of students from EYFS to KS4, based on their individual needs and abilities.
Deliver a tailored, individualised curriculum that supports the development of each student.
Use a variety of teaching methods and resources to meet the needs of each learner.
Work closely with the team of TAs to ensure every student receives the support they require.
Celebrate student progress and provide constructive feedback to students and their families.
Regularly assess student progress and adapt teaching strategies to meet evolving needs.
