Job Title: Vehicle Technician

Sub Title: Vehicle Technician - Main Dealer

Location: Maidenhead

Package:

£35,000 Basic + Bonus
Saturday overtime paid at time and a half
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Saturday rota: 1 in 2, 8:30 am - 12:30 pm

Alecto Recruitment is seeking an experienced Vehicle Technician to join a reputable main dealership in Maidenhead. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a leading brand offering excellent training, career progression, and a competitive benefits package.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Perform routine servicing, maintenance, and repairs on a range of vehicles.
Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical faults using advanced diagnostic tools.
Complete warranty and manufacturer-specific repair work to high standards.
Ensure customer satisfaction through quality workmanship and effective communication.
Maintain accurate records of work performed and comply with dealership standards.Qualifications and Skills:

NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair.
Minimum of 2 years' experience in a dealership or professional automotive environment.
Proficiency in diagnostic and fault-finding techniques.
A proactive approach to training and development opportunities.
Full UK Driving Licence.
