My client has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to join their team on a hybrid basis from their offices in Canterbury or Margate, Kent.

You will handle a varied caseload whilst providing clients with high-quality commercial advice. You will be responsible for but not limited to the following files.

• Leases/renewals and assignments.
• Acquisitions and disposals of Commercial Property and Land.
• Development work

The ideal candidate will have 3 years+ PQE will be responsible for:

• Contracts subject to planning
• Sales and purchases
• Asset sales and purchases
• Overages and options
• Commercial lending
• Leases - granting and assignment
• Running your own transactions day to day, whilst also assisting with the team’s property development caseload
• Acting for developers, occupiers, high net worth individuals, retailers, lenders and borrowers, and
• Developing and, latterly, growing our commercial client offering.
