Description

Our client is a leading provider in the industrial process equipment sector. They are committed to service excellence and forging strong relationships with their clients. As they continue to grow, they are seeking a dedicated Business Development Manager to join their dynamic commercial team.
  
Key Responsibilities:

Business Growth: Support the expansion of the company in line with strategic plans and targets
Market Research: Identify and explore new market opportunities
Client Relations: Develop and nurture relationships with new and existing customers, ensuring ongoing support and communication
Account Management: Manage key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention
Technical Liaison: Collaborate with engineering teams to formulate and amend proposals based on customer specifications
Customer Visits: Conduct UK-wide customer visits, including site inspections and measurements of heat exchange and related process equipment
Product Knowledge: Advise customers on the features, functions, and benefits of the company's process equipment
Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain strong client relationships
Networking: Attend industrial events, conferences, and exhibitions to expand professional networks   
Essential Requirements:

Strong commitment to service excellence and customer relationships
Broad knowledge of industrial process equipment
Understanding of different industrial sectors and key machinery providers
Basic understanding of heat transfer equipment
Proven sales experience
