Job Title: Associate/Senior/Principal EC&I Engineers OUTSIDE IR35

Location: Chorley

Working Hours: 4 days a week Mon - Thurs, 9.5 hours per day with Hybrid working patterns

Contract roles available: at various levels EC&I Engineer, Senior EC&I Engineer and Principal Engineer.

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for EC&I (Electrical, Control & Instrumentation) Engineers at all levels OUTSIDE IR35 to join a multi-disciplinary design team. Tasks will include design, documentation, and testing, either independently or collaboratively, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Produce engineering drawings such as block cable diagrams, schematic diagrams, and cable routing designs.
Develop engineering documentation, including operation and maintenance manuals and test documentation.
Carry out engineering calculations, including cable and safety instrumented system calculations.
Design and develop software for PLC and SCADA control systems.
Conduct trials and testing, ensuring all activities adhere to project specifications and safety standards.

In return you'll receive a rate between £38 Ltd - £60 Ltd per hour depending upon experience. Nuclear or Defence background essential.
