We're the UK's largest recruiter and workforce provider, proudly partnering with some of the country's best-loved brands for over 30 years. We currently have an opportunity for a Resourcer to join our team in The North West, ideally working on behalf of a number of on-site solutions in the region.

We resource, recruit and mobilise large-scale workforces to meet the ever-changing needs of our clients. Working in a fast-growing company, you will be a core contact for our client's and workers requirements, ensuring the customer is at the heart of everything we do.

You will be an enthusiastic, self-motivated individual, who thrives on working in a fast-paced, varied environment that focuses on doing the best for our customers. You will also have a passion for providing great customer service, along with the ability to think outside the box when it comes to worker attraction and sourcing methods.

The Resourcer Role

Working as part of a fast-paced team, focusing on helping candidates find the best jobs you will be involved in:

Advertising jobs on various job sites creating and managing job adverts
Pre-screening and booking candidates in to register, checking all their documents and paperwork to maintain compliance
Uploading application packs and compliance documents onto systems
Creating, managing and maintaining a regional talent pool for workers, allowing the flexible movement of resources between sites, as required
Processing payroll weekly through our internal system
Booking suitable candidates onto shifts and providing updates to the client
Building effective relationships with contractors and clients
Conducting client visits with a colleague to understand the role of our workers and business needs
Checking in workers at the start of their shift via telephone and logging attendance

About You

Ideally you will have either resourcing or Recruitment Administration experience
Excellent organisational skills with the capability to prioritise workload
You will work well under pressure and to tight deadlines
You will be resilient, driven and passionate with a flexible approach
You will have the ability to establish and maintain effective customer relations
Have a continuous improvement mindset
You will be creative and enjoy coming up with new and innovate ideas to improve service levels
