As part of our current partnership with a provision in Reading Teach360 is providing support to a diverse school. Currently, they are seeking a Behaviour Mentor to join their dynamic staffing team

Behaviour Mentor required for a secondary school in Reading
Behaviour Mentor for a full-time role Monday-Friday
Behaviour mentor who has experience working with young people with challenging behaviour
Behaviour mentor for a long-term role
Behaviour Mentor top earn up to £500 a week

Have you worked with young people who have challenging behaviours and who require academic support and behaviour support?

Are you interested in transferring your experience into an educational setting?

About the role - Behaviour Mentor - Camden

Being attentive to students' concerns.
Assisting students with advice, guidance, and support tailored to their individual needs.
Communicating with schools, teachers, social workers, and educational psychologists and making referrals as necessary.
Develop action plans with students and monitor their progress
Provide advice to families.
Run interventions based around their academic studies and personal targets.
Be responsible for providing pastoral support to studentsAbout the school - Behaviour Mentor - Camden

This alternative provision provides care and support to students who have been permanently removed form mainstream school. They have excellent teacher who go above and beyond teaching the national curriculum and vocational lessons. The school support students in becoming independent learners and help the in migrate e back into mainstream school.
