What You Will Do:

- Swiftly respond to customer call-outs, ensuring machine repairs are conducted within agreed SLA targets.

- Execute scheduled preventative maintenance tasks with precision.

- Maintain accurate records of all site visits in line with company procedures, using service software via company-provided tablet.

- Manage van stocks and company equipment, adhering to company procedures.

- Uphold the company's health and safety procedures, fostering a safe working environment.

- Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with customers, ensuring a proactive and collaborative approach.

What You Will Bring:

- Exceptional problem-solving and fault-finding skills.

- A working knowledge of single-phase and three-phase electrics.

- Confidence in interacting professionally with customers.

- Previous experience in a field-based role, comfortable working both indoors and outdoors.

- A full UK Driving Licence.

- Experience with mechanical engineering, electrics, PLCs, and other related fields is advantageous but not essential.
