Fantastic opportunity for a qualified Architect to join an established Warwickshire based practice that cares about our employees and clients, and where the successful candidate will have the opportunity to progress to director level.

* It is essential for the successful candidate to be approachable, knowledgeable and have at least 2 years post-part III experience, and proficient in the use of AutoCAD and Revit

* You will have a diverse portfolio of experience and able to take a project through all RIBA stages, demonstrating strong conceptual design skills, attentiveness to technical detail and a thorough knowledge of UK building regulations

* You will be required to have strong organisational skills to manage multiple projects and meet project deadlines with an ability to liaise with clients, consultants and contractors to ensure smooth project delivery.

* We offer a competitive salary, pension, discretionary bonus scheme and 22 days holiday plus bank holidays.

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Architect:

* ARB registered Part 3 qualified

* Minimum 2 years post qualification experience is required

* Able to work independently and as part of a team

* Excellent knowledge of current UK building regulations

* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

* Great technical abilities

* Proficient using AutoCAD and Revit

* Full driving licence and own vehicle is a necessity as you will be attending site and client meetings.
