Role Responsibilities

As a Psychologist, you will be responsible for:

- Assessing, formulating, and delivering effective therapeutic interventions tailored for children and young people.

- Supporting and training educational and residential teams to foster clinically informed living and learning environments.

- Collaborating with a multi-disciplinary clinical team to ensure the best outcomes for young individuals through innovative practices.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess:

- Qualifications as a Clinical, Educational, Forensic, or Counselling Psychologist, registered with the HCPC.

- Proven skills in working with children and young people, with a strong understanding of developmental trauma and special educational needs.

- Excellent organisational skills and the initiative to manage responsibilities independently, contributing to a positive impact in the workplace.
