Job Title: Deputy Manager Children's Residential Home

Salary: £140-£160 per day

TeacherActive is honoured to be working alongside a Childrens Residential Home based in Bradford. This Residential Home provides a stable, comfortable and supportive environment for children with challenging behaviours who may need additional support. This amazing Childrens Home boasts about their fantastic support network, referrals to support services and the additional support they offer families.

The home is looking to employ a motivated, driven and reliable deputy manager on a long-term basis, which will could to a lead permanent role for the right candidate. The successful applicant will be supporting children of all ages to ensure their emotional needs are met in order for them to achieve well. The main focus of this role is to help provide quality support for children whilst reducing exclusions by creating viable alternatives. To ensure you have the relevant skills for this role, you must be patient, passionate, take pride within your role, be caring and have the want to help your children succeed.

To qualify for this role, you must have the below:

Level 3 Children and Young People Workforce Qualification.
Experience looking after children with vulnerable backgrounds.
Understanding the needs of children with vulnerable backgrounds.
