Registered Manager

Location: Wolverhampton

Salary: £40000 to £50000

Start Date: January 2025

Are you an experienced Registered Manager looking for an exciting new challenge?

My esteemed and well respected client is launching a new supported living and residential service for young adults with mental health issues, physical disabilities, and complex needs in Wolverhampton. They are seeking a dedicated and dynamic individual to lead this innovative service.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily operations of the supported living and residential service.
Ensure compliance regulations and standards.
Develop and implement individualised care plans tailored to the needs of each resident.
Lead, mentor, and support a team of care professionals.
Foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment for residents and staff.
Liaise with families, healthcare professionals, and external agencies to ensure holistic care.Requirements:

Proven experience as a Registered Manager in CQC or OFSTED registered services.
Relevant care management qualification
Strong background in managing services for individuals with mental health issues, physical disabilities, and complex behaviours.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to develop and maintain high standards of care.
Passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of young adults.
Full UK Driving licence with own vehicleWhat We Offer:
