Part 1 Architectural Assistant
Location: Bury St Edmunds
Salary Range: £23,500-£25,000
Reference: SFBSE1590

We are seeking a motivated and creative Part 1 Architectural Assistant to join a well-established practice based in Bury St Edmunds. This friendly team specializes in Residential, Commercial, and Leisure projects, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

The ideal candidate will bring excellent design skills, a keen eye for detail, and a strong desire to grow and progress in their architectural career. Good technical aptitude and a willingness to expand your knowledge are also essential for this role.

Key Skills, Experience, and Responsibilities:

RIBA Part 1 qualification is essential.
Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively within a team.
A flair for creative design.
Positive, proactive, and professional attitude.
Solid understanding of current UK building regulations.
Previous industry experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
