Exciting Opportunity: Computer Science Teacher - January 2025

We are seeking a dedicated Computer Science Teacher to start in January 2025 for a full-time role until August 2025, with the potential for the position to become permanent. What you will be doing as a Computer Science Teacher:

Teaching inspiring Computer Science lessons that engage and challenge students across key stages.
Providing students with a deep understanding of coding, algorithms, and computational thinking.
Ensuring that students not only achieve academic success but also develop valuable, real-world skills.
Working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure that the Computer Science curriculum is broad, balanced, and reflective of the latest advancements in technology.
Offering support and guidance to students, helping them reach their full potential, regardless of their starting point.

We are looking for a Computer Science Teacher who:

Holds a recognised Teaching Qualification (QTS or equivalent).
Demonstrates a passion for Computer Science and an enthusiasm for teaching.
Can create an inclusive, ambitious, and focused learning environment.
Is committed to high aspirations for all students and eager to help them achieve academic and personal success.
Has the ability to inspire students to aim high and reach their potential.
Experience in teaching Computer Science at KS5 is desirable, though not essential.
